Followed by property related questions; when & where you want to move, budget etc.

As REALTORS® we can have first access to listings you may not find on usual searches
+ create customized searches to your most specific needs.
We make calls, book places, accompany you to ALL showings & ask and answer questions on your behalf,
while negotiating terms of a future lease.
Ensuring you are not signing a bad lease, or worse, being SCAMMED!
*** IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW ****
Once you are ready to see a listing/put in offers you sign a
“BUYER REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT”
Consider this our “CONTRACT”. We now represent you exclusively in SOME capacity. Every buyer rep is different
