So this is how I got into real estate.

For years, on my free time, I would tag along with my REALTOR® mum door knocking

(since her going solo didn’t seem safe to me or my brother)

& I would help stage properties for her clients.

It was a nice break from my regular business,  a chance to connect with mum

and also put my creativity to work making places look “LISTING SPECIAL”

After a while staging, making places look “LISTING SPECIAL” and learning about all things real estate

(just by listening in on conversations) I started posting content about all things good housekeeping.

From making your bed, to getting your place ready for guests to talking about what to buy and not to buy for your home.

I became that go to guy, to teach you the stuff your parents didn’t and gave easy tips to turn any house into a home, on any budget.

So, I’m posting content daily, which picked up some momentum (I hit 630,000 TIKTOK followers in 2024) about all things home

& was still door knocking with mum & still staging with mum.

Finally mum sits me down and says:

“HEY, you talk about homes, you stage homes, you’re my body guard going to homes,

why not take the real estate course & actually SELL homes.”

Of course, as we all give our parents a tough time, it took a minute (well 2 years) for it to sink in,

until one day, I was like “You know what mum, I’m going to do it”

So the next day I went online, booked the courses and zipped through it.

Going to school was so much fun for me & I was learning new things I could share with followers

& I was getting a license to work in the ADULT WORLD.

The whole process made me feel really good.

Once I did my final exam, found out I passed (93% on that final exam)

I booked a meeting with Murray Goldkind (The big head honcho at Sutton Group Admiral).

We went through all the details, the fees etc. etc. etc. & I signed up on the spot

and the rest is history in the making.

Today, I still make content, since that is one of my huge passions,

however I do it sitting in my office here at the Brokerage.

As for mum & I. Well, she is stuck with me, I am her first son after all 😁 & we work on projects together all the time.

She has been in the business a long time, so I am not giving up an expert by my side anytime soon.

So I guess you could call me part of a mother son duo/one man show when she is away

& quite honestly, that works pretty darn well for me.

Have an awesome day & if you want to know more about me
