As REALTORS® we get advanced information on properties available for rent,
that you may not see on your general internet searches.
We make ALL the calls & book ALL the showings, saving you .lots of time
We accompany you to showings,
So no more walking into a listing from the internet,
SOLO (which can be a bit, SCARY)
MOST IMPORTANTLY!
We ask and answer questions on your behalf and negotiate terms of a future lease.
Ensuring you are not signing a bad lease, or worse, being SCAMMED!
*** IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW ****
Once you are ready to see a listing/put in offers you will have to sign a
“BUYER REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT”
which states we work for you, you are our client and we are representing you in this real estate deal.

Why would someone do all this work for FREE?
So here are the technical details.
When you work with a REALTOR® and we find you a place, we do get paid.
Usually, a half month’s worth of rent from your new landlord
But only once a deal is done and you are moved in.
NO DEAL, NO MONEY, you just WALK AWAY!
